Team Sanjay Sondhi has over 27 years of experience in the Indian Financial Services Sector mostly with the JM Morgan Stanley group where he headed the firms Fixed Income and Retail business for North India until 2003. Sanjay founded Pegasus Advisory in 2003, a boutique Investment Advisory firm offering solutions in Wealth Management to HNI's , Trusts and Corporates alongside a Corporate Finance practice comprising M & A Advisory, Corporate Finance Solutions and India Entry Strategy Advice to overseas businesses planning an India footprint. Atul Jain, has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Business setup, framing growth strategies, Initial Public offers, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, Strategic alliances. He was instrumental in setting up and running a 400 seater Business Process Outsourcing Center in Delhi NCR. At present he is advising and helping overseas ventures to setup their business in India and running a small KPO. Atul is holding degrees in Accounting and Law. Sandeep Bardia is a strategy consultant and has been involved in cross-border strategic and transactional advisory for the last 7 years for numerous global firms. His expertise lies in advising on India centric strategic market intelligence, Go-to-Market Advisory and managed programs for accelerating sales/revenues and resolving growth and revenue related challenges. He has worked in US and Indian financial markets and possess strong connections within the Indian corporate finance arena. Sandeep Bardia holds a MBA (Finance) from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. Munish is established IT industry expert having 20+ years of experience with companies in various service domains like healthcare, health sciences and telecom. He has successfully orchestrated many companies in setting up tier 1 and tier 2 customer support processes, KPOs and BPOs. Highly technical and hands on with IT security infrastructure setup. His expertise are in cloud services infrastructure, IT networking, customer support processes and operations management. Munish is holding degree in MBA-IT Vikas Bhardwaj is Core HR Professional having 25years Industry experience in different industries in HR and Sales Training. He has been instrumental galvanising a pharma company from a 15 cr company to 150 crores mid size company by building sales team, product management and management practices by conducting near 3000 training programs over a decade with them. Over the years Vikas utilised the insights in Human Resource Management to manage and develop the HR function with various Industries like Construction, Water management. Packaging and Printing and Stock Broking industries. Some of his key strengths are Recruitment, Executive search, Competency mapping, Compensation survey , Training, Management Development Program.
